About

The Creator

Huzaifa Al-Fararjeh, Software Engineer at beno.com.

The library grew out of real production usage at beno.com, where the Vertical Slice pattern shaped how we structure features across Android, iOS, and backend. What started as an internal tool became something worth sharing with the Kotlin community.

Inspiration

MediatorK is inspired by MediatR by Jimmy Bogard, the most widely used mediator library in the .NET ecosystem. His talks on Vertical Slice Architecture were the direct spark for bringing this pattern to Kotlin.

Acknowledgements

First and above all, الحمد لله (Alhamdulillah). This library was built during a hard time, and every line was written with Allah's help and guidance.
